I'm confident he really looked out for me and my PT Cruiser repair. I also want to praise the service technicians: I overheard one talking to Scott about a repair issue (not mine). He had questions about a customer's extended warranty coverage, which he felt could possible apply to the repair. How's that for caring about the customer?
